Join our team as a Patient Access Specialist! Support patients throughout the registration and financial clearance process by verifying demographic and insurance information, creating cost estimates for upcoming services, and communicating patient financial responsibility. This role works closely with clinical teams and insurance carriers to ensure accurate information and a smooth patient experience. Ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. What's Available:

• 1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts
• Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30am - 5:00pm (no weekends or major holidays)
• Location: Onalaska, WI for on-site training
• Remote eligible after completion of training
• Department: Estimates

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Successful completion of defined core competency testing
• 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities
• Time management and organization skills
• Healthcare experience and familiarity with patient eligibility, insurance, or registration scheduling is a plus!
• Strong computer skills desired
