Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Adhere to all facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification at all times

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of North Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
