La Griglia is seeking an experienced, passionate Grill Chef to join our professional kitchen team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced fine dining environment, and is committed to consistency and excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of fine dining line cook experience
- Extensive experience working a grill station
- Skilled in butchering and fabricating meats and fish
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and high food quality under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
- Positive attitude and a true team player
