Patient Financial Advocate

Providing empathetic financial support to patients, the full-time Patient Financial Advocate will manage payment arrangements, handle inbound and outbound calls, and assist with medical billing inquiries in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Set up acceptable payment arrangements on self-pay balances Handle inbound and outbound calls while updating account information Assist patients with basic medical billing and insurance questions Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a high volume of calls Experience with healthcare database programs preferred Excellent communication skills with a professional speaking voice
