Outside Sales Representative – Grease Trap Cleaning Services & Industrial Wastewater Services

Purge Environmental is hiring an extremely motivated, hungry for success, results‑driven, Outside Sales Representative to build new business across Central Indiana. This full‑time role focuses on B2B outreach to businesses with commercial kitchens—such as restaurants, hotels with food service, senior living facilities, cafeterias, schools, and event centers.

What You’ll Do:

\n

- Identify and proactively prospect new clients in your assigned territory.

\n

- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers.

\n

- Present and sell Purge Environmental’s grease trap cleaning services and other wastewater pumping services.

\n

- Convert prospects into recurring customers—typically with monthly, quarterly, or annual service plans.

\n

- Deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

\n

- Track and report pipeline progress using CRM tools.

\n

- Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

\n

- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

\n

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package with strong earnings potential:

\n

- Base Salary: $55,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience plus a lucrative recurring commission opportunity, which could easily be $25,000-$35,000+ for someone with hustle.

\n

Who We’re Looking For:

- Comfortable making cold calls and walking business-to-business sales territory.

\n

- Related experience in B2B, field sales, or industrial services preferred (though not required).

\n

- Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.

\n

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned Central Indiana territory.
