We’re looking for a **Community Manager** who’s excited to make a difference and help shape the residents’ experience.**What You’ll Be Doing**As our **Community Manager**, you’ll be the heartbeat of the property — leading operations, inspiring your team, and creating a welcoming environment for all. Key responsibilities include:* Leading daily operations with professionalism and positivity* Coaching and developing your team to thrive* Managing budgets, rent collections, and resident communications* Overseeing leasing processes and compliance* Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal* Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency* Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications* Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement* Other tasks assigned**Who You Are**We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have:* 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience* Strong financial and administrative skills* Excellent communication and customer service abilities* A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)* Proficiency in MS Office and property management software* Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required)* A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation**Why You’ll Love Working With Us**We believe in taking care of our team just as much as our residents.
