The mission of the team is to empower clients with cutting-edge IT solutions, primarily utilizing Nutanix and cloud-native technologies to help them achieve their unique business objectives. You will report to the Manager, Systems Engineering, who embraces a participative leadership style that encourages team collaboration and open communication to foster growth and development. This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility; however, occasional on-site presence may be needed for team meetings or client engagements, requiring up to 25% of your time in the office.The role requires approximately 25% travel, allowing you to engage with customers and collaborate with various stakeholders in different locations while also supporting overall sales efforts effectively.Your RoleEngage clients to assess their business needs and provide tailored technical solutions.Deliver impactful technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase advantages effectively.Collaborate with sales executives on account strategies and identify new business opportunities.Develop and size project solutions, crafting compelling proposals to drive sales success.Maintain accurate Salesforce records to support sales efforts and back-office tasks.Build and nurture relationships within high-profile accounts to foster long-term partnerships.Proactively seek new sales opportunities, embodying a hunter mentality in execution.Participate in team meetings and marketing events to represent and advocate for the team's interests.What You Will Bring5+ years of industry experience in IT and sales.Proven expertise with Nutanix solutions and cloud native technologies.Familiarity with major public clouds or Kubernetes.Excellent presentation and communication skills with a client-centric focus.Strong sales execution abilities and opportunity identification (hunter mentality).Willingness to learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies.Proficient in Salesforce and related sales processes.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Work ArrangementRemote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 165,600 and USD $ 207,000 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
