About the role As an Engineering Intern, you will join one of our teams in Winter2027 (mid‑January to April) to develop robust, well‑designed products, implement new updates and features, and solve complex problems that affect our business and clients. Interns will be assigned projects that have an impact on the business and are scoped to fit within the time constraints of the internship so they can see the full impact of their work. We provide interns with exciting and innovative projects, all the tools needed, a dedicated mentor and manager, support for learning and development, and opportunities to connect with fellow interns, leaders, and the wider community. What you will do Utilize your software engineering experience to tackle important projects, solve problems, and develop quality code. Think critically and apply your knowledge to real‑world, complex problems. Participate in team meetings to scope, drive, and progress your projects. Learn about the business, our clients’ needs, and the impact of your work. Attend meet‑&greet sessions with various executives and teams to gain a holistic view of running a company. Foster relationships with your intern cohort and teams through exclusive internship social events and company/office‑wide events. What you will need Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field with a graduation date after the completion of the internship. Excellent communication skills to work cross‑functionally and across departments. Solid front‑end programming skills with emphasis on back‑end experience and knowledge. Ability to adapt and ask action‑oriented questions to progress. Passion and drive to constantly learn and develop your engineering skills.
