Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring timely communication of critical data to healthcare providers. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. Follow stringent quality control protocols and adhere to regulatory standards to maintain high-quality performance. Accurately document and report test results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS), ensuring patient confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide insights and discuss the clinical relevance of laboratory findings. Medical Technologist Requirements: Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) through ASCP or AMT. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field from an accredited program.
