ServiceNow Developer Location: Westlake, TX. Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities: Perform day to day administration of ServiceNow instances, including changes to process, workflows and items, building reports, managing data, personalizing lists, content management Design, prototype, implement, and test technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations Develop custom integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) and integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow using mid-server, web services, email and other relevant technologies Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances Perform installation and testing of vendor-provided updates and new releases Provide technical support and answer "how to" technical and application configuration questions Skills/Knowledge: Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with special emphasis on Asset Management / Software Asset Mgmt and Configuration Management Knowledge of Business DNA libraries and software is preferred Proven success in implementing enterprise ServiceNow implementations Knowledge and understanding of software architecture principles, specifically for portals, web sites and systems integration projects Demonstrated strong knowledge in the following: Java
