Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care for individuals and families from infants to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Washington medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
