Customer Service Advisor

BimmerWorld is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our sales team. In this role you will deliver a premium shopping and service experience to every customer. Overall Responsibility Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and LiveChat. Key Job Duties General customer service and order support Respond promptly to customer order inquiries Work through warranty and return scenarios to find a solution for the customer Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints Maintain regular and prompt attendance Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, bending, lifting Classification Exempt Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Required Skills and Experience Familiar with point-of-sale and e-commerce technology Proficient typing and computer skills Professional phone etiquette Advanced problem‑solving skills Hands‑on automotive experience{ "l" : "li", "c":""} Strong organizational skills Team player Desired Qualities and Attributes Knowledge and enthusiasm for the BMW brand Experience specific to the European automotive industry or e-commerce Excellent oral and communication skills Ability to meet goals Problem solving People skills Professionalism Technical understanding Self‑motivated Positive attitude and eagerness to grow Location BimmerWorld is located in southwestern Virginia, just outside Blacksburg, home to Virginia Tech.
