Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Compensation Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr This range is provided by Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Lead safety, environmental, and energy programs at our Sturtevant site Drive audits, inspections, and risk assessments while promoting a proactive safety culture Partner with leadership to integrate safety into daily operations Champion training, recognition programs, and continuous improvement initiatives What we’re looking for 5+ years HSE/energy management experience in manufacturing/industrial settings Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA compliance Experience with incident investigations, audits, and reporting Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 preferred Professional certifications like CSP, CIH, CEM, or CHMM are a plus US Citizen or Green Card holder required Relocation assistance available Be a key leader in shaping a world-class safety culture Collaborate with teams across operations, engineering, and maintenance Contribute to sustainability and energy reduction initiatives Role details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Manufacturing and Management Industries: Manufacturing Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Easy Apply now or send me a message to learn more! #J-18808-Ljbffr Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions
