You will build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of technology operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. In this role, you will partner closely with senior business and technology leaders to align strategic roadmaps with frontline store needs. Leading cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and retail operations, you will ensure the delivery of dependable tools that simplify daily routines while maintaining disciplined program execution.
