Position Ticket Sales Agent – Day & Night Shifts. Location: Times Square & Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal (Summer). Weekend Availability Preferred. Shift Availability: Day Shift (~8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Night Shift (~5:00 PM – 2:00 AM). What You’ll Do Engage with tourists and visitors in high‑traffic areas. Promote and sell sightseeing bus tours, night tours, cruises, and combo packages. Answer customer questions professionally. Meet and exceed daily sales goals. Represent Iconic Tours with a positive, energetic attitude. Maintain knowledge of tour schedules and attractions. What We’re Looking For Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales or marketing experience is a plus (training provided). Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage. Compensation Competitive hourly pay and/or commission opportunities. High performers can earn $200–$500+ per day, depending on sales. Weekly performance bonuses available.
