Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collateral Exception and Administration Specialist to support risk monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and banking operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services or bank operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify exceptions and support risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, monitor, and analyze risk data to identify trends, exceptions, and potential issues.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and business documentation using standard office tools.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate risk-related issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in banking operations or financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software and business systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
