Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Duties:- Transcribe, type, and verify data from various sources into computer systems- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy of entered data- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records- Collect data from different sources and compile it into usable formats- Enter data into spreadsheets and databases using programs such as Excel- Verify entered data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record keeping- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required- Proven experience in data entry or related field preferred- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Familiarity with databases and data management systems is a plus
