What You'll Be Doing Every Day As a COTA Test and evaluate physical and mental abilities of residents and guests Analyze relevant medical information to determine appropriate rehabilitation goals Consult with the rehabilitation team to choose effective activity programs Coordinate occupational therapy with other types of therapeutic activities Maintain accurate treatment records Assist in educating guests with home exercise programs and use of equipment Participate in education and staff development courses Who We Are Looking For One year's experience in long‑term care or a related setting preferred Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA & ACOTE standards Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Currently licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of Colorado You will be a great fit for us if you Prefer working in an environment where you are not just a number Share our values: innovation, collaboration, and harmonious relationships and work environments Are great at building relationships and understand the person‑centered care model Have great ideas and want to make meaningful contributions every day Are happy with your job but would like to grow it into a career Would like to start or continue your career; we love new graduates and those looking to transition into a career in senior services Pay Range: $33.00‑$39.00 per hour.
