General Dentist Opportunity – Selma, North Carolina
An established, two-doctor dental practice in Selma, North Carolina is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-supported clinical environment that prioritizes patient care, teamwork, and long-term professional success.
About the Practice
2-doctor practice with a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere
4-day work week offering strong work-life balance
10 fully equipped operatories
Dedicated clinical support team including 1 hygienist and 4 dental assistants
Primarily cash and insurance patient base
Fully digital office with panoramic imaging (Pan) available
Implant placement is a plus , with technology already in place to support it
Comprehensive general dentistry services for patients of all ages
This opportunity offers strong operational support, modern technology, and the clinical autonomy to practice comprehensive dentistry.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation structure:
Guaranteed daily minimum , transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
