Certified Surgical Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The clinician will prepare the operating room, sterilize and set up equipment, and provide intraoperative support to the surgical team. This role requires strong orthopedic and general surgery skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting in Grafton, WI.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist, with strong orthopedic and general surgery experience.
• Experience working in a hospital operating room environment, including exposure to general, plastics, vascular, urology, GYN, ENT, cardiothoracic, and robotic cases preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Ability to float between general and orthopedic service lines as part of rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, and anesthesia monitoring equipment.
• Previous experience at a Level III trauma center or similar acute care facility preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic specialty case workflows preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1100 - 1930.
• Workdays: Monday through Friday.
• Weekend rotation: on call every 2 months.
• Call expectations: one weeknight every 23 weeks and one weekend every 2 months.
• Orientation: one shift on unit to learn flow.
• Floating: rotate between General and Ortho services.
