Join a leading third-party logistics (3PL) and automated supply chain provider operating a commercial distribution hub. The facility expertly manages outsourced inventory, warehousing, and multi-channel fulfillment operations for e-commerce brands, retail stores, and online marketplaces. Utilizing advanced warehouse management software and digital sorting technology, the company specializes in high-velocity order distribution, kitting, product bundling, and fast-turnaround domestic shipping.

Responsibilities

• Order Selection: Navigate warehouse aisles to find specific items using digital RF handheld scanners and automated sorting systems.
• Quality Verification: Cross-check product codes, quantities, and item variations against digital order sheets to eliminate errors.
• Secure Packaging: Place selected items into designated shipping boxes or mailers using proper protective dunnage and cushioning.
• Shipping Preparation: Generate, print, and accurately apply carrier shipping labels and retail packing slips.
• Performance Goals: Maintain the required hourly processing speed and accuracy metrics established by floor management.

Essential Skills

• Experience with packaging, picking, and packing.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Familiarity with receiving and inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
• Capability to lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach overhead, and climb step ladders frequently.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medley, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
