We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with hands-on Swiss machining and Vertical Lathe experience to join a growing manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss machines and Vertical Lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• Make machine offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality
• Perform tool changes and basic tooling adjustments
• Monitor machining processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Maintain tight tolerances and consistent production quality
• Perform in-process and final inspections
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and production teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Strong experience setting up and operating CNC machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or similar precision machining equipment.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining processes.
• Proficiency using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
• Ability to make machine offsets and program adjustments.
• CNC programming experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar CNC controls is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
