Night shifts, 3x12 hours (19:30 - 08:00); every other weekend required. Job Description The MS/Tele-ER Border Nurse provides patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, managing a wide variety of complex diagnoses. This role involves caring for patients at the intersection of emergency and medical-surgical/telemetry, ensuring optimal transitional care for patients admitted from the Emergency Department. Responsibilities Administer medication and monitor patient progress and responses. Provide assessment and care for patients presenting with complex medical conditions. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including Respiratory Services and Social Services. Float between Emergency Department borders and Medical/Surgical units as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license in Maryland or compact state. BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications required. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience needed; preferred experience in a similar setting. Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
