MLR is seeking a qualified Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Technician to join a well-established healthcare system in New Jersey. Shifts Available: Evening and Nights
Job Summary for the Medical Lab Technologist / Technician:
- Perform a range of laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret test results, and communicate findings to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure adherence to quality control and quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Minimum Qualifications for the Medical Lab Technologist / Technician:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in required field.
- ASCP required within 9 months of employment.
