Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-time Opportunity in Hobe Sound, Florida

Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our part-time team in Hobe Sound, Florida. As an LPN at Martin Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare, you'll be responsible for providing nursing care, medication, and treatments to our residents, following Doctor's orders and maintaining contact with healthcare professionals. You'll also be the charge nurse on shift, responsible for supervising staff and responding to nurse aide reporting changes, vitals, and showering assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and vital signs monitoring

• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Respond to nurse aide reporting changes, vitals, and showering assignments

• Participate in team work to achieve the common goal of taking care of our residents

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

• Current Florida LPN License or multistate compact license

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 3/11 shift and 11p-7a shift availability

• Must have a clear level two background screening through AHCA
