Be part of a caring team that puts people first and values innovation and teamwork. Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour. Job Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 06:00 PM. Responsibilities Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, visitor management protocols, and security-related policies at the location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor activity to help support authorized access throughout the financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns according to post procedures. Prepare clear reports of daily activities, access exceptions, and/or incident details, and help to deter unauthorized entry through consistent presence and professional interactions. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
