We are currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter. Remote Job Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify healthcare professionals who align with the organization’s mission and values. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates, educational institutions, and community organizations. Engage with potential candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles. Drive healthcare innovation by attracting professionals who bring diverse perspectives and progressive care philosophies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Reimagine the candidate experience by fostering transparency, respect, and efficiency throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to employment. Track recruitment metrics and use data to inform and improve sourcing and hiring strategies. Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and community partnerships to strengthen employer branding. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or skilled nursing industry. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect authentically with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative approach to staffing challenges. Understanding of modern workforce needs and expectations, including diversity and inclusion principles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
