Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment
• Flexible scheduling may be available

• Evaluate and provide treatment for patients in acute care, nursing homes, and outpatient settings
• Conduct patient screenings and participate in multidisciplinary meetings regarding progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in medical records, including evaluations, notes, and discharge summaries
• Collaborate with team members for continuity and quality of patient care
• Fulfill additional duties as needed to support the therapy team

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
• National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Current Wisconsin OT license and ongoing continuing education
• Valid driver's license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of related OT experience
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
