My name Troy Bentley with Amergis Healthcare and I am assisting a client with employee wellness clinic coverage in Modesto, CA 95355.

Position Details:

Specialty: NP/PA
Required Certifications: BC, DEA, BLS
Previous Experience Desired: Occupational Health experience, employment physicals, OSHA regulations/knowledge

Start Date: ASAP 60 days to start, with potential extension if a permanent option is not found
Schedule & Weekly Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm (60-minute lunch); No weekends/holidays
On-call/Callback: N/A

Types of Cases/Procedures: Injury care, primary care for Sutter employees only
Patient Volume: No more than 15 patients per day
EMR System: Cority Ready Set
