Pay Rate: $19-21/hr + Leasing Commission

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay : $19-$21/hour + $50 leasing commission per signed lease.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Residential Services department to support leasing efforts.
• Travel to homes and apartments (60-80% of your time) to showcase properties and highlight key features.
• Develop a deep understanding of the local market to optimize marketing strategies and pricing.
• Tailor property tours to prospective renters’ needs, achieving a 40%+ leasing conversion rate.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the centralized leasing team, including responding to inquiries and preparing reports.
• Assist with marketing, including creating social media content, setting up promotional materials, and delivering move-in gifts.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance and sales-focused attitude.
