Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Nurse with experience in orthopedic procedures to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting total joint replacements through scrubbing and circulating, ensuring optimal patient care and surgical success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist during surgeries by scrubbing in and circulating to maintain sterile field and provide necessary instruments.
• Prepare the operating room with appropriate supplies and equipment for orthopedic procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure smooth workflow during total joint replacement surgeries.
• Respond promptly to intraoperative needs and adapt to emergent situations.
• Participate in call rotations to support scheduling flexibility and patient care continuity.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid nursing license with current credentials.
• Demonstrate proven experience in perioperative nursing, specifically in orthopedic surgeries.
• Possess strong skills in scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be flexible and adaptable to work 8-hour shifts, with availability for call rotations.
