Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse organization to help products move efficiently throughout the distribution process. This role requires dependability, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Successful Shipping and Receiving Associate professionals understand warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and safe material handling practices while maintaining productivity and workplace safety. Their contributions support reliable customer service and operational success.

This role provides an opportunity to build valuable warehouse and logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.
