Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, purchase orders, returns, credits, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Enter and maintain customer information, product details, billing information, and order records.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding:
  • Product information
  • Pricing
  • Order status
  • Shipping details
• Prepare customer quotes/proposals and support pricing requests.
• Coordinate purchase orders and inventory restocking.
• Maintain customer contracts and communicate pricing updates.
• Process emergency orders when required.
• Perform administrative tasks including:
  • Data entry
  • Document scanning
  • Filing
  • Office support

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Ability to process orders and manage documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with office systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of Customer Service / Call Center / Order Processing / Administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
• Travel requirement: Less than 5%.
