As a Sales Associate you will be the brand’s front‑line ambassador, delivering a memorable shopping experience through customer interaction, product knowledge and operational excellence. You will help the store achieve its sales and visual merchandising goals while upholding company policies and inclusive customer service. Provide personalized, customer‑centric engagement. Drive sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling strong selling behaviours. Share product knowledge and brand stories to enrich the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales targets using available tools and resources. Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment and brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organised and customer‑ready store environment. Follow all company policies, procedures and safety standards. Model inclusive behaviour that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications Foundational skills and experience needed for this role (0–1 year of retail or related customer service experience preferred): Ability to genuinely engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Collaboration skills and adaptability to changing business needs. Customer‑service orientation, retail experience a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift light‑to‑moderate weights, with or without reasonable accommodation. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands‑on experience and achievements also valued.
