As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Corona, CA. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences and lobby engagement activities. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Work Experience Typical experience includes at least 3+ years in a relevant role; an associate’s degree or equivalent, plus related product knowledge, is preferred. Licenses Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
