How You'll Contribute Coordinate with real estate team on a weekly basis regarding new real estate lease activity and/or changes to existing real estate lease agreements. Coordinate with operations teams and outside vendors regarding new and/or existing equipment lease activity. Administer accounting and financial reporting updates in the Company's lease accounting software tool on a monthly basis. Review and reconcile monthly financial statement balances impacted by new and/or existing lease agreements. Update cash forecast models on an ad hoc basis, sometimes as frequently as daily. Monitor compliance with debt covenants and other financial compliance responsibilities.
