Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Application Developer to join our team onsite in Coatesville, PA .
8-The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with COBOL, ADABAS, Natural, and CICS , and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting mission-critical mainframe applications.


This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of the full application development lifecycle in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support mainframe applications using COBOL, ADABAS, Natural, and CICS
• Write and maintain ADASQL, batch programs, and online transactions
• Perform analysis, debugging, testing, and production support for mainframe systems
• Work with TSO/ISPF, JCL, and related z/OS utilities
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal governance processes
• Participate in project planning, documentation, and code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with COBOL (including ADASQL)
• Hands-on experience with ADABAS and Natural (Report & Structure Modes, Predict)
• Experience with CICS , TSO/ISPF , and JCL
• Solid understanding of the full application development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of SOX processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Coatesville, PA
