Be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of the clinic.

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and patient‐focused Medical Assistant to support daily operations in an outpatient clinical setting. This full‐time role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, multitasking, and keeping clinic workflows running smoothly.

Schedule

• Full‐Time
• Monday–Friday (possible weekends)
• 7a- 3:30p Day shift (Time Could Vary by Location)

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
• Manage patient check‐in and check‐out processes
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Collect co‐pays and process front office documentation as required
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow and clinic efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
• Float to nearby offices as needed to ensure consistent patient service

What We’re Looking For

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience required
• Previous front office or medical administrative experience preferred
• EPIC experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfort working with EMR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Professional, patient‐centered demeanor
• Flexibility and willingness to float between nearby clinic locations
