COMPANY OVERVIEW Traveling Physician Services PC brings the doctor’s office to senior or elderly homes, who; otherwise cannot find the transportation to make an appointment with their PCP. In addition, we make visits to senior settings such as: assisted living facilities, group homes, and other senior community environments. Since our inception in 2014, we have grown from a “mom and pops” environment to a medium sized organization. However, our employees generally think of our company as their second family. JOB REQUIREMENT 10 Years experience in managing a medical office Establish and implement effective workplace procedures Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations Hire, train and monitor administrative staff Requires computer proficiency, the ability to accurately type, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services Requires strong organization skills, and the ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and tasks. Requires strong problem-solving skills in order to organize the flow of work through the office in an effective manner.
