If you have 3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or staffing environment and enjoy building relationships, finding top talent, and driving results, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a global leader in talent solutions. Experience: 3+ years agency/staffing recruiting experience required Experience recruiting within Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Human Resources, Manufacturing, or related professional disciplines is required. As an Executive Recruiter , you'll manage the full life cycle of direct-hire recruiting while developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Recruit mid- to senior-level professionals across Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and related disciplines Source, interview, assess, and present top-tier candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs Manage searches from initial intake through successful placement Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business At LHH Recruitment Solutions, you'll have the resources, technology, training, and support of LHH and The Adecco Group, a global leader in HR solutions.
