About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Management Operations to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for a portfolio of residential condominium and cooperative properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial strength, and exceptional client satisfaction across all managed assets. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, leading and mentoring senior management teams, and identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to enhance portfolio performance. The SVP will also oversee the day-to-day operations, financial management, client and stakeholder relations, and team development, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in residential property management, including at least 5 years' in a senior leadership role. The role requires a candidate with strong financial acumen, excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills, and professional designations such as CPM®, ARM®, or CMCA® are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking, executive leadership, and team mentoring, and have a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. A New York real estate license is a plus.
