Housekeeper

Location: 11049 West Broad Street – Glen Allen, Virginia 23060-5937 We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time housekeepers at the above location. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and washing bathrooms to maintain clean, welcoming rooms. Inspect rooms visually to identify and report maintenance needs. Assist guests with bedding, towels, amenities, or information upon request. Provide courteous and friendly service with a Service +1 attitude to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Clean public areas and, as needed, assist with laundry operations. Work independently, follow verbal and written instructions, and maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests. Be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, as these may be required for the position. Compensation Competitive starting hourly pay. Quarterly bonuses up to $3,200 per year based on hotel results. Requirements No previous cleaning experience required. Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high‑school education. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently without direct supervision. Positive, service‑oriented attitude and dedication to excellent customer service. Physical ability to walk, stand, lift 25–35 lbs intermittently, push a vacuum, reach, stretch, and kneel. Availability to work weekend shifts as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
