As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol - Overnights in Horicon, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture while working with integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
