Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide dining service, including meal preparation and presentation

• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including housekeeping and laundry duties

• Foster socialization and engagement through activities, orientation, and information needs

• Demonstrate tact, sensitivity, and professionalism in all interactions with residents and families

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred but not required (long-term care, assisted living, or home care)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
