About This Role
Join Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital as a PRN RN in Surgery, providing care to both ambulatory patients and inpatients in a flexible role that allows you to scrub and circulate within the OR.

- Schedule: PRN, Day/Evening/Night/Weekend shifts
What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care in an operative setting for patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
- Perform scrub functions including selection and handling of instruments and supplies.
- Perform circulating functions including monitoring and communicating patient condition.
- Manage overall nursing care of patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Prepare the OR, surgical instruments, and equipment for use.
Requirements
Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Experience
- Internal applicants: 1 year of recent related clinical experience
- External applicants: 2 years of recent related clinical experience
Licenses & Certifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
