Shift / Schedule Full Time Nights 3/12 hour shifts 6:45pm–7:15am. Unit Overview Fast‑paced Mother/Baby unit with high-acuity patients. Patient population includes mother-and-baby patients with occasional GYN surgery patients. Patient Ratios & Capacity Patient ratios: 1:3 couplets (1:6) Number of beds: 20 (expandable to 25) Department specifics: >90% BSN, >35% certified, 96% patient satisfaction, IBCLC lactation support 7 days a week, Texas 10 steps certified, on‑site OB‑GYN, hospitalists, and neonatal (MD or NNP) 24/7.
