POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced Banquet Chef with a strong banquet background and fine-dining culinary experience. This role partners with the Executive Banquet Chef to lead food production, culinary staff, menu execution, and cost controls.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead daily banquet food production and execution.
• Train, coach, schedule, and develop culinary staff.
• Develop menus for conferences, special events, and amenities.
• Manage ordering, inventory, food costs, labor, and culinary budgets.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful events.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Strong banquet culinary experience.
• Fine-dining culinary knowledge and experience.
• Proven culinary team leadership and training experience.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and cost controls.
• Excellent organization, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $75,000-$95,000 base salary
