Treasury and Reporting Analyst - Piscataway, NJ Piscataway, NJ, US Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually JOB DESCRIPTION: Monitor daily cash positions, banking activity, and liquidity across multiple accounts to support effective treasury management. Manage cash flow reporting and forecasting, including development and maintenance of a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast. Reconcile bank accounts and cash-related general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Prepare and maintain treasury dashboards and key performance metrics, including borrowing levels, capacity, interest rates, and cash flow analysis. Produce recurring financial reporting packages for banks, Caterpillar, leadership, and other stakeholders, including borrowing base and Dealer Financial Reports (DFRS). Support month-end close activities through cash-related accruals, reconciliations, financial analysis, and variance reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards while maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation. Partner with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and external auditors to support reporting, resolve issues, and ensure financial data integrity. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within treasury and financial reporting functions while providing cross-functional support and backup coverage as needed. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience Experience in D365 is highly preferred Familiarity with financial audits and reconciliation processes Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies accurately. Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, general ledger systems, and corporate accounting procedures. Detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage high-volume workloads while collaborating effectively across teams.
