Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct innovative, engaging, and effective therapy sessions that cater to a diverse patient base. \n
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals, ensuring each client receives tailored care. \n
- Build a robust referral network by actively participating in community outreach efforts, helping to attract new patients and enhance our service offerings. \n
- Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and reflect on patient care practices. \n
- Handle administrative responsibilities, including maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other methodologies to achieve positive patient outcomes. \n
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in the mental health field. \n
At the Specialized Space Behavioral Center, our clients are adults and adolescents who present a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work collaboratively to provide holistic care that emphasizes understanding and empathy, forging meaningful connections with patients as they navigate their mental health journeys.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. \n
- Active licensure as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. \n
- Strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and the ability to demonstrate active listening skills, empathy, and sensitivity in client interactions. \n

- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth environment. \n
- Proficiency with digital communication platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. \n
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. \n
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
