We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our client's team.Job Title: Salesforce AdministratorLocation: RemotePay rate: $50-75 p/hEmployment Type: Temporary (6 months)FLSA Status: Non-exemptSchedule: M-F 9 am to 5 pm (PST)Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day Salesforce administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.Import data, identify and clean duplicate records using deduplication tools, maintain data quality, and perform database health checks.Build and manage custom Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support sales and executive teams.Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Salesforce functionality as needed.Work with Excel-based pricing tools and Electronic Price Card (EPC) workbooks.Create, update, troubleshoot, and maintain Excel macros.Identify and resolve issues related to Excel workbooks and automated processes.Help ensure the accuracy and functionality of pricing tools and related data.Learn and follow company-specific EPC processes and procedures through provided training.Collaborate with team members to address technical issues and support ongoing business needs.Required QualificationsHands-on experience with Salesforce administration.Experience with data imports, data cleansing, duplicate management, and maintaining data integrity.Ability to create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with and troubleshooting macros.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.Strong communication and time-management skills.
